 Where We Work

With commercial appraisals and consulting, we cover most of North Georgia (from south of Atlanta, north) up into the Southwestern Areas of North Carolina.

With Residential assignments, we cover Banks, Barrow, Cherokee, Clarke, Clayton, Cobb, Dawson, Douglas, Fannin, Forsyth, Franklin, Gilmer, Gwinnett, Habersham, Hall, Hart, Henry, Jackson, Lumpkin, Madison, Newton, North Fulton, Pickens, Rabun, Rockdale, Stephens, Towns, Union and White counties.  We have trip surcharges for the longer drive counties.

Who We Are

Matt Turner founded the company in 1989 after starting in the industry in 1987.  He was awarded the RM (and later the SRA) designation with the Appraisal Institute in 1990... and carries the Certified General level of certification from the State of Georgia and North Carolina.

Our team allows us coverage to quickly access most of our part of the state.  We have two Certified Generals on staff and one Certified Residential and all are FHA approved.
